Q1: How can I add video files that I want to convert?

A: There are four ways to add video files:
1. Click on "Add Files" button in the top toolbar.
2. Click on "Add Directory" button in the top toolbar. All video files in the selected directory will be added.
3. Drag and Drop are suppot. Drag files you want to convert in Windows Explorer, move the mouse cursor to the task list and then drop them.
4. Our product are embed in Windows System. In Windows Explorer dialog, right click on files or directories that you want to convert, click on "Convert video to (e.g. iPod, iPhone, PSP,etc.)..." in the pop-up menu and the software will be launched with selected files/directories added.

Q2: Is it possible for me to convert a clip/segment of video files?

A: Surely. Select and highlight a video file in the Task List, and then you can specify a segment to be converted by setting the "Start Time" and "End Time" in the "Profile Detail" list which is in the right of the main interface.

Q3: I am really a beginner to this kind of video conversion tools. Is it hard to use your software?

A: All profucts of ours are designed with user-friendly interface. They are easy-to-use for users of any experience level. For beginners there is only 3 steps to convert videos. Please refer to the Video Converter Tutorial.

Q4: I want to change some settings of conversion. Where can I find them?

A: Click on the "Settings" button in the top toolbar. The Setting Dialog will pops up. Note, the "Setting button" in not available when the conversion is processing. There is another "Setting" button of the same function right beside the "Profile" drop-down list.

Q5: I have a video file. I hope that it is in a new name after conversion. But it would be not convenient for me to rename the output files each time after conversion. Is your program able to help me with this issue?

A: Of course. Select an highlight a video in the task list, and you will specify its output name in the "Profile Detail" list.

Q6: Where can I find the output files after the conversion?

A: The output folder will be open automatically after the conversion if the "Open the output directory when the task is completed." option in Settings Dialog is checked. You also can reach the output folder by clicking "Open" button which can be found at the bottom of the main interface.

Q7: What is the process of ordering your product online? And is it secure?

Q9: How long does it take to get my License Information after my purchase?

A: Immediately. The License Information will be displayed on the screen as soon as your order is processed, and it will be sent to you via Email as well. Sometimes, the Email may be rejected by mail servers as spam, in this respect we would like to kindly ask you to check our Email in all mail box.

Q10: Can I get a CD contains the softwares that I purchased?

A: Yes, you can choose the option to receive the software on a CD. It costs you additional $11.95 for the CD. Within 48 hours after you orders a CD, it will be shipped in a white sleeve, packed in a cardboard mailer.

Q11: I do not receive my confirmation email/License Informaiton, why and what to do?

Sometimes, the Email contains the License Information may be rejected by mail servers or treated by spam filter as spam, in this case we kindly ask you to check your mail box. Contact us if you do do not get it and we will re-generate the information for you.

Q12: I find there is an update of the software I purchased before, how much do I need to pay for it?

A: We provide life-time updates for registered use, namely all updates are completed FREE FOR CHARGE to customers who purchased our products. No more fee for updates.

Q13: If I am not satisfied with your product, what can I do?

A: If you are using the free trial version, just uninstall it. In another hand, if you are unsatisfied with our product after you purchase, you may request a full refund of the software, the refund request is sent to us within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. You can request a refund by contacting customer support. When you request a refund, we will first attempt to solve any problems that you encountered that prevented you from using the software. Q14: Recently, I have the system of my computer reinstalled and I lose the Registration Code of the software I have paid for. How can I retrieve the License Information? Do I need to pay for the backup?

A: If you lose your License Information, you can retrieve it at here. We backup your License Information in our database and that is completed free.

Q15: What is the distinction between the Single-user License and Site License? I find there is greate disparity in price between them, why?

A: Single-use License (Personal License ) - may only be used by an individual not using the program for a business, academic, or government purpose. That is, you only intend to use it at home for private use. Your unlock code and license will be assigned to a private person. Site License - for professional use (such as in a business, academic, or government environment). The Site License allows use of this product on an unlimited number of CPUs at a single customer site or location.

Q16: I have purchased the Single-user License, can I install it in my PC as well as the laptop?

We are sorry, but you can install and use the registered copy in only one computer. If you want to use it in your laptop as well, you need to place an other order namely purchase two Single-use Licenses total. Besides, if you have many computers, it is strongly recommend you to purchase the Site License, which allows use of the software on an unlimited number of CPUs at a single customer site or location. Usually, the price of Site License are 8 times more costly than that of Single-user Licenses.
